My account manager Amit provides information to me quickly and accurately and there's no confusion. He's also been very helpful in dealing with some of my untidy requirements.

Fantastic service - great value for money

For our first job placed through Universal approach I have found the process to be fairly easy. I have received direct phone calls from my account manager to ensure I was informed of any necessary items and emails were readily responded to. our job has made deadline so we are very pleased.

MT has a large print initiative where we distribute Segment Newsletters globally to our key countries and markets. I received a recommendation from the local MT office to explore Universal Approach as an option for our print distribution in AU and NZ. Amit and the team were wonderful to work with. Even with the complications due to delays from COVID-19, he kept me updated with progress and was even able to make last minute changes to update our mailing lists as required. Coordinating with many different internal team members and external partners can be challenging but Amit and Universal Approach made it easy. I would absolutely work with them again on future print initiatives for AU and NZ.
